Lunar eclipse from Brisbane

Set up my old spotting scope and took some snaps with the trusty iPhone. Surprising how dim the moon was as it rose. At 5.30 it was just a very faint highlight amongst the afternoon clouds.

Thanks for looking and please excuse the dodgy iPhone pixelation.

Very dim indeed. Same here, I was using 2 second exposures to get anything useful.
