QHY533 max gain: 100 or 170?

I have recently acquired a new QHY533C camera, and i'm a little confused about gain settings. QHY have various graphs which show read noise, fullwell etc for various gain settings ranging from 0 to 100.

However both the ASCOM driver and the native driver in NINA allow the user to set a gain setting between 0 and 170.

So, if I want to utilise the low read noise which kicks in at high gain (a gain setting of 60 according to the QHY literature), do I actually choose an ASCOM or NINA gain of 60, or do I need to rescale the value based on a max of 170 (ie 0.60 x 170 = 102).
