Disassembling rear of Mak

I have a Skywatcher MAK180 and am considering attaching extra dovetail mount for finderscope. This will require drilling and tapping a couple of holes. Is it possible to remove the rear cover of the scope without upsetting the mirror and collimation? Is there a written procedure to follow (with pictures)?

Hi KG8, thanks for the reply. I have already contacted Skywatcher about this, more than once, and still no response for over two weeks. I have had very, very poor responses from them in the past with other queries.
