Deep Sky Stacker and Canon 60D Issue

SORTED I WAS GOING TO SEE IF I CAN STACK JPEGS AND REALISED IT WAS ALREADY IN THAT SETTING. CHANGED TO RAW AND IN THE PROCESS OF STACKING NOW....SHOULD NOT HAVE TRIED AT THE END OF A NIGHT!!

Hi I have an error on DSS and need your help please.

"The checked pictures are not compatible (width, height, number,of colors, number of channels, only one master dark, offset and dark)"

I can see the pixel size of the light are a few pixels smaller than the darks, flats and bias which are all the same dimensions. I am assuming error is because the number of pixels in the lights are different to the others.

I have never attempted doing lights darks etc before on my Canon 60D so have never encountered this issue previously.

Any advice please? (One of my mates have suggested to try and convert to TIFF files first - yet to try that)

Thanks in advance.
