IC 4685 near Lagoon
IC 4685 is a very interesting mix of emission nebulae and dark clouds, a little less bright than the Lagoon, worth some more exposures in future.
12x7 minutes, ISO400, D5600 with TS115 and D2 filter.

Thanks for posting this Tony, I was curious about what lay to the lower right of the Lagoon. Nicely captured & a decent result for the amount of data too. Were you using a focal reducer on the TS115?
Cheers,
Ant

Thanks Rowland. I'd encourage others to give this target a go; it's really intricate and beautiful. Check out Diego's image in the Deep Space forum.

Top result Tony, you really are producing the goods. Looks like an interesting target amongst the array of DSOs in Sagittarius and Scorpio Constellations at the moment...

That looks very interesting Tony I would like to have a go at it if I get the chance.
Well done.
