Our Moon, and others beyond

Folks,

I took a few shots of the Moon one night last week as it looked like it was going to line up nicely with Jupiter and Spica.

As this was a wide field, at least for a scope , I pitched the camera on the tripod with its 200mm lens and took a few short shots

Of course, this is a composite of several shots because of their vast difference in brightness and size, the interesting parts are shown at 100% in their relative positions...the background is itself one of the shots

Cheers,
Dunk

Thanks Rick, Lindon! It was too good an opportunity to miss, especially as the weather can't make its mind up recently.
