Sending mount to USA

Hi all,

Which courier would you recommend/stay away from as I'm looking to send my AZEQ6 to the USA to get a hypertune mod. It'll just be the mount head with no counterweights or tripod. I probably could do the mod myself, but I'd rather just pay someone to do it and get it done right.

TIA
Chris

Hi Chris,

Had a mount sent from the United States before Christmas and used USPS ,
excellent tracking, a little better than USP and Aust post- used priority mail. 12 kg mount. Sending I'd use Aust post/ USPS. - the others are a bit expensive I thought.

Cheers

Chris, can I ask why you have decided to do the hypertune? Are you into imaging or visual? Cheers

What about DHL? USPS I have only had send to me and they have been pretty good. Not sure about the other way around. Suspect you would need Aussie Post first to move it.

Does the place you are sending for hypertuning over any recommendations for couriers? if they have done quite a few they should have some idea which works best as they would then have to send them back through someone.

Cheers,
Matt
