mount grease

Hi there I'm pulling apart my CG5 mount and rebuilding as per instructions from a very good site calles astronomyboy.com. Unfortunately the recommended greases ae only available overseas.
Any suggestions for the best possible grease to use inside an equatorial mount.

Hi Carl. They are good instructions. I did my EQ3 via them. The grease that was recommended to me (by Don at Bintel I think, but don't quoter me, it was a while ago) was
