Why I Love

my Backyard
Last night was a bit of a surprise, Got these 2 shots before my battery went flat but it was nice to see even with the naked eye.

Please forgive my processing im knida bad at it.

Nikon d5300
iso 6400 @ 20 seconds
18mm @ f3.5

Great catch Graeme. Wish I lived closer to your backyard than were I am currently, so that I get get aurora displays on a more regular basis.
