I imaged this one recently with the ASI533mc and was keen to give it a go using my new larger chipped ASI071mc on the espirit 100ed with unreduced flatenner.
I should have thought my orientation through a bit more and turned the camera 90 degrees as that's where the nebulosity is heading... but my the time that dawned on me I'd already committed too many subs, and with this object already low in the western sky this year I have carried on regardless
two separate early evening runs for this. One at 150s and 150gain... lots of noise so last night 180s and Unity (90) gain. Could push it a but more in post as a result.
might get another hour or so on this tonight...will see.
