Googling her name (or rather using duckduckgo.com as search engine) brings up a 2016
kickstarter in whose exposé she writes:

And she also works at Nasa's Houston center... It would be funny if it weren't so sad, i.e. a probably highly intelligent person possibly suffering from delusions of grandeur is sad.
Maybe she IS onto something. But due to her special personality won't be able to convince others. Not on her own, I guess. Nor to contribute to amendments to her approach should they be required to make it work.
