Best dark site with horizon views in NSW?

Hi all,
Just curious if anyone knows a place in NSW that has good views in most directions to the horizon? Just looking for somewhere for a weekend of big sky viewing.
Cheers
Geoff

Bretti reserve is a free camp site with plenty of space, few amenities, and good dark skies, on Thunderbolts Way (one hour north of Newcastle)
It can get a bit of dew.
No local attractions (except the Barnard and Little Manning rivers which meet there) with the closest big town Gloucester 32K to the south.
No fixed lighting.
Drop toilets.
No potable water on tap.

There is a thread in the star parties forum about organising an informal trip to Bretti in May around New Moon.

There is also a "sticky post" at the top of the forum listing dark sky sites
