Last year I bought a new FC76-DC from Claude at AEC (I already own a TV60 so didn't consider the FS60). It is fine telescope and I am very pleased with it. So light and easy to use for grab and go. I think if you got a good one for $1100 then you got a real bargain.

$1257 with clamshell and postage
Turns out to be near NOS '92 model with the multicoating
I have never bought through Koji before but if it arrives as described i may just replace my fs60 with a fc50
Either way, roughly a week in transit is going to be a long wait
Hopefully give cyclone Marcia and Co time to move on!

The early FC76 series is different to the current series so not sure how they compare and not sure if the Q module is compatible with the earlier series.

Ed Ting speaks very highly of them.
