This is a really weird looking galaxy, often known as the Topsy Turvy galaxy and for good reason. The galaxy looks like it is being torn apart and upside down. There is clearly a lot of star formation going on with several regions of nebulosity present. It looks as though the galaxy has gone through a recent merger.
Also of interest is the intervening cirrus in the foreground. Plenty of clumps can be seen within the field of view.
There appears to be a large cluster of galaxies of into the distance up and to left of NGC1313.
The image is an integration of 16.6 hours of LHaRGB. Subs were 20 minutes for the Ha, 10 minutes for the luminance and 5 minutes for the colour.
