This is why I purchased a stand alone copy of Lightroom 6. Never wanted to get sucked into CC.

Advise the bank you didn't authorize the payment and put a block on all further payments to that vendor. I doubt they will sue you for $89....that's ridiculous.....you need to pay them to stop using there product!!!

There are plenty of freeware, quite adequate for us.

DSS is free, and if you are Canon person, you have DPP that came with camera.. you will never need anything elase...

OK, maybe IRIS.. if you are combining RGB...

Try Gimp.
If I could work out how to use their layers I probably would not use photo shop..and my photo shop was a one off fee.

Gimp has layers?I'll check It out...with PS a lot of the filters are now in 16 bit and that was the reason I kept on with the subscription.

Are Gimps filters in 16 bit Alex? anyway I'll check It out but first,to delete any trace of PS ever been on my machine....should bleach the hard drive too....worked for Hillary

I got slashed USD180 when CS7 became CC and I pulled out. Breach of contract. You might still be able to get a CS3 or CS4 licence. Or paintshop pro isn't half bad. Gimp did my head in years ago. Maybe it changed now.

So they slashed $180USD off the price?that was a good reason to cancel

Nah I get It mate I don't want anything to do with any Adobe product again If I can help period.....stuff em.

Funny,I was talking to my daughter in law about It who is in the IT industry and she told me that they are very poor on customer support as well, and lots of people are complaining....so sure,no worries, jump ship and that should get their attention...If lots start doing so,cause they wont.

For some reason we have the belief that"its better the devil you know" I say It's better to bleach bit.
