Hi All,

This is a first post from me in the main deep sky section. Thought I'd revisit an old favourite the other week and this is the result. It is 2 hours of data consisting of 5 min subs, darks, flats and bias frames.

I'm pretty happy with this and like the colours and detail I have captured. The equipment used is:

Skywatcher Black Diamond Refractor
AZEQ6 Mount
ST80 Guidescope
Synguider
Canon 600D modded

Anyway hope everyone likes it.

Regards,

Tom

That's an amazing photo! I hope to get stuff like that when I do the following:
Get my HEQ5 working properly
Collimate my new 200mm Newt
Buy the correct camera
Understand the software
Get the right cables
Get a clear night here in TAS

Really nice Tom! I assume you have the 120mm F/7.5 refractor?
Great shot
