The detail and structure you've pulled out in those relatively faint dust clouds is extraordinary. That zeiss lens looks pretty damn special too!
cheers,
Andrew.

Thanks Michael, Rodney, Andrew, Aidan and LewisM
LewisM - didn't take it at Coolum. However, I do have a few dark sky spots within 1-2hr drive. Took this at a property near Bald Rock National Park during a weekend away - very dark with a little bit of altitude (approx. 800m) to keep things a bit cooler (including beer!).
Michael - I think Rogelio has some nice work, but can over cooked at times (just my perception). Definitely eye catching work and he has done really well.

Thanks plantnerd! Just checked out your mosaic of our galactic core. Looking good mate! Yes - the fast tele-primes are awesome! The Zeiss 135mm works great, but that Zuiko 150mm of yours looks awesome!

A fantastic image. Love the rich colours and the depth of the dust/nebula. A lot there for such little exposure time.

Really nice Troy - lots of depth and detail for relatively short total exposure - good equipment, good execution, and beautifully crafted
. Quite inspired to have a crack at something like this myself!
