Here is an interesting comparison under the moon. Two 6minute 400iso images combined. 12 x 3/4 minute images 400iso and 200iso combined in DSS with a little PS smoothing. The same and including the two 400iso 6 minute images. Apologies for the dust spots. No reducer so F8 this time with a little corner coma.
