Ouch, asimov got to the new member first!!!!!

don't listen to asimov, he is not addicted, he just posts 13 odd posts a day. ( I only can manage 10 ).

in all seriousness, there are great guys and girls here to help you with buying scopes, new toys for scopes, picture taking etc etc.

No question is silly, cos i have asked most of them and they haven't giggled at me too much.

One of the best bunch of people I have had the pleasure of knowing!!

He hasn't said he needs a scope yet, he might already have one or more!

Welcome Andrew, great to have another central coast member, and just near our Kulnura monthly new moon sessions!

Our next session will be early September (not this weekend, but next). There'll be a thread about it in the star parties forum next week i'm sure.

What sort of equipment do yuo currently have?

Red face

I think my next scope will be a dob, always wanted one.....

As for my equipment, I have a Classic Meade 12" SCT and an Orion 80ED which I can use as a guide scope with an ST4 or on it's own EQ mount, a Canon 300D and a ToUcam.

What I really need is more time to dedicate to the hobby....

And I'll try to make the next meeting @ Kulnura.

Thanks to all for your warm welcome.

Looks like your going to fit in here just fine, just be careful of the dob people in here they might convert you . Enjoy your time in here as much as we all do.
