Hi.
anyone familiar with this mount? I want to mount a side by side system but having removed the ADM saddle, I found that I cannot simply rotate that saddle because the bolt pattern on the plate inside the Dec head is different.

However, on the side of the Dec head are 3 set screws and 3 other screws, so my question is whether it is a matter of removing those, rotating the plate inside the Dec head and problem solved.

thanks for any pointers.
Martin

Hi Martin

In answer to your question, yes, all you need to do is loosen the 3 grub screws just below the saddle and rotate the puck to your desired position and put the saddle back on and re-tighten the grub screws once the ADM saddle is where you want it. Don't over tighten the grub screws as they can strip the threads in the mount casting, just firm pressure with a few fingers to the Alan Key is enough .
