Are you sure it's 254mm long and fits a 10" tube? At 254mm it would only fit an 80mm scope. A 10" tube would require at least an 800mm strap.

My image was out of focus

the label shows the numbers DN011 heater for 10 inch scope and
the length IS app 965 mm
