Hi all, I have been browsing the forum for a while, thought it was time to register. I have mainly been doing nightscape photography which I love doing. a mate at work just lent me a brand new unopened meade starnavigator 102 that has been sitting at his house for a few years. I know its not the best, but I thought id give it a go and see how I like it and so I can get the hang of using one before I go out spending money on a better quality one.

No need to hurry to upgrade. That scope will be great to get viewing the sky. Hope it encourages your interest.
