Partial Eclipse from Glenhaven, NSW

We had mostly clear sky with the occasional wisp of cloud.

Sony a77, Sigma 150-500@500 (750 effective), TO glass filter, 1/500sec, f/6.3, ISO1250, crop only.

Thanks guys. I think I had the simplest setup on site. I'd arrived late enough to not be able to set up the StarLapse and just used a Manfrotto 405 head on 475B tripod and manually tracked.
The other SNAG members had things like a 12" newt with Baader film and Canon; a 10" newt with Orion glass filter and Canon; and a TV76 with Baader film and Atik CCD. All on GEMs.
I think I need a 1.4x extender to cut down on the cropping. With 1.4x the Sigma should still autofocus. 2x it almost certainly won't.
