A few of us here have been having a shot at this one lately. Here is my contribution to the collection of images taken of this fine globular in Pavo. I reckon that this fine scattering of stars can look like a peacock's tail so it is fitting that we find this in object in Pavo 'the peacock'. Scanning around the field reveals a few nice little galaxies as well.
Roughly two hours each in each of R, G & B with the TSA120 and QSI683 CCD.
