I'd go ahead and call this an accessory plate to be honest.. I wouldn't trust it with more than an 80mm refractor to be quite honest, call me synical, but when you buy a D plate for $45, when that's 1/3rd the going rate, I'd just err on the side of caution.
Happy to give this away to anyone who purchases either/both of the other plates.
