Does anyone have experience with this remote electronic controller for shutter which is supplied by Telescopes & Astronomy in Adelaide. I'm thinking of buying one for my Pentax K100D. I was going to built one based around a microprocessor, but this seems to have much more functionality for not too much more in price, but minus the effort. Many thanks in advance. Eric
ps. Yes I have DSLR Shutter on my PC and the cable, but haven't tested it all out yet. This is for those times when I want the PC doing other things, elsewhere.
TIMER REMOTE SWITCHES BACK ON THE MENU
Timer Remote Switches to suit most popular brands of SLR including Nikon,
Canon and Pentax. The Timer Switch, with a built in interval timer, is a
premium electronic remote timer for exact control over exposure time.
Moreover, compared with the original products, it is affordable and is good
quality. The Timer Switch allows the user to choose different functions
like length, interval, delay and total number of exposures. It also has a
speaker to notify the various functions. It uses an LCD background light
for the display. The timer switch has been tested by one of our astro
society member and he recommends it! - Thanks to Alan Brinkworth.
