We are up in Cairns with friends (Chris Wheeler) and he has broken his eq5 synscan hand controller.
Does anyone have a spare hand set up here or is anyone yet to travel have one he could borrow for the eclipse. I would personally warrantee the handset if someone is concerned about damage.
Our only other alternative is to have one shipped from Brisbane, which might not get here.
I have a Synscan controller for my EQ6 that I don't use (I run EQMOD). If anyone is passing through/near Oberon on their way to the airport I could loan it.
I wouldn't bother putting it in the post from here... no chance of getting it to Cairns by Tuesday arvo.
I think it is sorted for Chris now.
