Please be clear this weekend in Melbourne...

I dont think I have seen clear sky for a about a month now. Im sick of staying inside and drinking Coopers! (well I guess I could, put up with another night of beer drinking)

Yes, it's been real lousy down here lately, and it does not look like it's going to get any better soon either. I don't even care if it's a full moon. Any sort of sky without so much cloud in it would be welcome.

You will find May is one of the cloudiest months of the year.
June should be a little better with July also but it’s colder of course. August normally is a cloudy month also.
This is why we have forums and good books, movies etc etc.

I don't mind telling you that the sky is crystal clear in Perth Sorry to rub it in I couldn't resist I lived in Melbourne for 4 years when I was In the RAAF so I know the pain. My wife Pam is from Melbourne so I have a living attachment to the cloudy city.

Go the mighty Bombers.

Actually, last night (Sunday), my wife said "apparently May is the cloudiest month of the year for Melbourne, we get an average of 5 sunny days". This may sound depressing initially, but I don't recall having any of them so far... So we should now get about 30% of the remainder of the month clear.
