Eclipse - anyone at the Rydges Tradewinds

Gday all

Unfortunately end of semester duties (undergrads insist on getting their results for some reason) I am limited to a Tuesday midday fly in and a Wednesday 11am fly out in Cairns and I have to miss jjjjj's post party. If anyone is at the Rydges Tradewinds on the esplanade and feels like catching up the night before to have a beer and tell some tall stories let me know. I will be with my granddaughter Jasmine (those that were at the AAIC will know her as the one who really did all the work at the conference) but I am sure there will be a computer game somewhere that will keep her occupied for a while.

I have a couple of Americans and four Koreans coming to Leyburn this weekend in transit to the eclipse. Should be a great eclectic mix up there. I know Rolan and Marj Christens will be there as well but I doubt they will be in Cairns.

Anyway I hope everyone has some sky and enjoys themself. Hope to catch up with some of you. Sorry Nettie for missing the post party.

Nah mate at Cairns. Sent Marj an email but I suspect they might want some privacy for the eclipse. Keep an eye out for them.

Having some of your Jackson Juice today. Took 4 months to get this endoscope done - GI specialists are more popular than lady boys in Bangkok.
