Moon and Jupiter over the fog

Hi folks,

within the last months I did not a lot of astrophotography. But last week I took the chance and went over the fog. At home I am sitting in the middle of this soup so I had to do a little drive. And it was very nice there. My results are not so excellent as many of them I can see here. But it was a wonderful night and I wanna share my impressions.

I captured Jupiter wiht Io wiht the 10" newtonian, f=4000mm with DMK21AU618.AS

and some moon details..

Great series of moon shots. That Jupiter is very colorful. Are you set up on the road or is this a car park?

Thanx Laurie and Marc!

I am on the road, but only one car per 3 hours.

Hello Werner
What a great spot above the fog! The Jupiter is quite good and the Moon images are super - great detail, contrast and naturally processed to-boot - perfect!

Very nice Werner. Those moon images are so smooth, with zero grain/noise!

All great photos, Werner. Particularly enjoyed the one with you, the telescope, and the fog.

Thanxs Ivan, it is always a great feeling to be over the fog. So far away from daily routine...
