Kevin the Tree

We were out on the verrandah this afternoon sipping wine and beer and my wife said, hey that tree looks awesome in this light, gimmi your camera...and took this. I thought it looked ok so said I'd show it to a few people. This is straight off the camera too with no cropping either.

She named the tree Kevin, no idea why ... apparently that was the name it said to her....

It looks like a "Rudolf" to me. The dead branches being the antlers and the greenery the reindeers face.

Hey cheers guys, I've shown Angie she is chuffed that she got a couple of responses.

H, it was as much about just the look of the tree as anything else, a longer exposure would probably have meant a tripod and using manual settings etc, Angie isn't that far down the track yet, still a rank point and shooter...at least she has graduated from shooting through windows
