Jupiter + Callisto 26th Oct 2012

Don't get to image Callisto much these days so I'm glad it put in an appearance close to Jupiter this morning. Totally stable seeing - That's crap seeing, but it was stable

On ya skippy-*^%$#-sky for predicting 10/10 seeing at 2AM HA! Just as well I don't take a blind bit of notice of it usually

A nice clean image, Asimov, just lacking that fine detail. Exactly what I'd expect given your description of the seeing. Still nice to see Jupiter images from down under.

You bet. Good seeing in Adelaide right now . I just got about 40 mins of deep red/IR data on Uranus. Now doing some SN photometry until 2:30am, then on to Jupiter. Hopefully the seeing holds up.
