Jupiter + Io 20th Oct 2012

The seeing looked really good pre setup however the jet was raging that quickly you couldn't detect it naked eye. Tried to make the most of it by jumping to 60FPS full-on gain 1/92 sec exp. Which kind of worked to freeze the seeing.

One from earlier in the morning with different settings, hence the slightly different colour hue.

+1 Superb view - I like both images; gives a different "feel" to the depth with the shadow of the moon on the planet!
