New Magazine/Book from BBC-Sky at Night

Hi all,

I noticed a new publication from Patrick Moore's BBC-Sky at Night Magazine group called "The Beginners' Guide to Astronomy" ($14.95 I think). It seems quite good (although heavily northern hemisphere biased of course), and would prove useful to those starting out.

Cheers,

Hi Brian,

I've seen it in several newsagencies here in Adelaide. Keep an eye out for "The Complete Guide to Astrophotography" from the same publisher. It's out in England but may take a few months to reach Oz.
