I got a massive bag of Fantales, an Avengers BluRay, a Jaffle Maker (mmm spaghetti jaffles!!!), a very large Mug and some assorted homemade goodies.

Got a big brunch made for me too (though I had to make the coffee *grin*).

We also went to Bunnings and got a new bench seat for the courtyard, though not officially a present for me I did have to put it together

Tardis T shirt
55mm TV Plossl (ironically from my own dad... can't complain)
3000 Microsoft pts for the Xbox

Probably the best I have scored for a father's day.

P.s. All this on top of a birthday a couple of days ago... where I scored big time with an 80mm Long Perng APO refractor. Best year of my life for receiving presents!! Makes up for the 5 years overseas where I didn't really get anything...

I got a huge "pongy" from my fur-kid (see avatar).

A pongy is when he climbs on your cheast and licks your eyes and nose.
Dog-breath assuredly, sharp and..well..pongy, but addictive and just the thing if you've got scratchy eyes!!

Hmmmnnn. I probably shouldn't have shared that.

A suitcase (no, not a hint) as I am off the NYC in a week. An egg and bacon sandwich for breakfast while imaging the Sun. A two hour trampoline stint with my 4 year old - I am falling asleep on the couch! Great day, Flinders understood it was all about me and did not change a thing!!!!

Both my daughters came over, on different nights, and cooked me a meal, which was great, as I have lost the use of my right hand at present, as it is in plaster, which is making life rather difficult.

My boys, well didn't hear from them either, but then, that isn't that surprising as, sadly, we are estranged. Mind you, they both live overseas anyway.

Now living in the USA which officially recognizes a different date for Father's Day and try and claim gifts on both dates. For Australian Father's Day I was treated to a nice lunch at the "Outback Steak House"...and a full meal time conversation about how the restaurant in no way shape or form was representative of Australia...it was a fun day!
