Fruit & Veg Astronomy.

I love this analagy!
Great for kids too!

When I go food shopping next I don't think I'll be looking at fruit & veg the same way again, too busy doing the comparison of the watermelon to the peppercorn etc.

Edited to suit.

Let's see.. about 20 little cherry ones per punnet divided by 1000000 = 50,000 punnets of cherry tomatoes.

Find me a farmer that grow a Pumpkin that big! I think the sun would need to be the fridge that all the food goes into to.

Hi Suzy

I just got some seeds for the "Atlantic giant" pumpkin, I'm going to have a go at one for the Collector Pumpkin festival.

They are supposed to grow to around 300kg.

I don't what I'll do with afterwards, maybe 10,000 pumpkin scones.
