Philips TuoCam Problem

hi to All,
can you help,
I have a Philips Toucam 900NC for Astrophotography,
I have downloaded SharpCap, also Philips 900NC Software,
and the Philips update,
and my Philips 900NC is not recognised by either, (no Image),

I have checked to see if the software is downloaded correctly,
which it is, and rebooted after downloading,

when I open Sharpcap, the laptop camera operates, not the Philips,

my operating system is windows 7 home, 32bit,

is there any fault finding exercise I can do, to assist it in working,

Everything you need to know i have put in there to help Andrew out. Sorry i'am to lazzy to repost with boot image to show you how to disable driver sig's.
Once the 900nc is working open Sharpcap and where camera tab is choose phillips 900nc not wdm cam ect.
