Hi John

I use a DMK21AF04, DMK31AF04 and DBK21AF04 (all Firewire) on an IBM ThinkPad running Win XP Pro SP3 and it only has 512M of RAM and they all seem to run okay.

Cheers

Dennis

2gb of ram is tons, unless your working with some plugin's with massive sized images its not going to be any issue. The only way your going to cew through it is by have a stack of memory hungry programs open at once in reality for and avg user.
