Bright Shiny Triffid

Having learnt a bit more about PI, I had another attempt at reprocessing my Triffid data from a few weeks ago (its not sufficiently up to standard to call it Sidonio-ed).

From memory, about an hour of L unbinned and 45 minutes of RGB binned x2. Taken with the FSQ106 and QSI583.

I can't quite get the blue reflection nebula to stand out enough - I'd be delighted to receive any comments on how to do this in PI without skewing the rest of the image.

Enjoy

Pete

Nice shot Pete.

I like the composition and the detail.

Sorry, all I know is Photoshop (...and not too much..).

Good luck with PI.

Ross.

Very nice Pete! Looks almost a little too stretched but a fine effort!
