How to change my name?

Hi,

I would like to change my name to something less sinister sounding.
"Darkplague" is a name I have used for many years and stems from my early days of online gaming playing UT and Quake3. I am a fair bit older now and think its time for a change.

Ive been in the edit user profile and there is options to change everything except the User's name. Am I missing something here?

Didnt know it was so popular!

Thanks guys.

I thought to myself it may sound a little "sinisterish", especially for the younger audience.

Perhaps I will stick with it for a little longer then.

Over the easter break, I took my scope up to my parents shack in Edithburgh. The skys they have are as dark as you can get... Period.
Pity it was a full moon that day however I have a funny story to tell about my father.

We started looking around together when suddenly I pointed the scope out towards where the moon was. (at this time the moon was very close to Jupiter) Dad, check out this! I said. My father proceeds to look through the EP, about 1 min later he pulls me aside and says, Son, the view is not bad but to be honest I was expecting more from a scope this size.

I reply , Youre joking! I think the views are excellent!

This had me thinking as to what he was on about so I had another look at what he was seeing, and proceeding to LOL.

Dad, that is actually Jupiter youre looking at, not the full moon!

My dad actually thought he was looking at the moon when it really was Joop because the 2 were so close that night. When he eventually saw the "real" moon he was so embarrassed.

My Dad, the NOOB!!!@@@@@!!!!

I agree, Darkplague is a good username, although it would be nice to have a real name to put to the user in your sig.

I don't want to ghange my name, I quite like it, but how do you get to add all that other stuff to the bottom of the post, with the equipment and stuff, that people have.

You can change your name if you have a really good reason....but it's an ok name. It's a name.
I can think of worse names. If you had typo'd the 'g' you would have been... DarkPlaque (A sinister astronomer with gum disease)
