Anyone hear the news announced yesterday of the new telescope to be built by Australian / American engineers called Magellan. Due to be completed in 2015, it has a fast reaction and quick movement mirror designed to compensate for the movement or fuzziness of an image caused by our atmosphere. Predictions are that immaculate imagery will beachieved from Earth.

Where do they get these terms. Good article though and its UK and Australian too. I thought the Americans were in there but I suppose they have Hubble don't they.
Australia already has some time on the current Magellan telescope (my wife will be using it this coming June). The new Giant Magellan Telescope will see even more Australian observers!
