Skywatcher EQ5

As a novice i was advised to buy a "go to" so I purchased a Skywatcher EQ5 mount and 8 inch reflector and after some initial problems with assembly and operation eg collimation, balancing the scope, working out the various movements i finally felt ready to fit the synscan system.
However, i noticed that one of the altitude adjustment T bolts has jammed and is not for moving. As i bought this online i don't have a repairer to go to.
Can anyone point me in the right direction? I am on the north side of sydney.

Just force it out (apply few drops of oil or WD40), then, if the thread is damaged, cut in the larger thread (Bunnings will help!) and use the new (bigger) screw.

Or if you are not confident, take it to Bintel in Glebe.
