30 June-ginormous prom visible

Quite spectacular and one of the largest I can recall seeing

Check it out

I have tried to image it, if I have something reasonable I will post later after processing.

But it's worth a butchers.

Narayan, excellent pic! Did you capture that with a PST? Well done. Reminds me of your ETX days.
Cheers,
Brian.

..
This was imaged with a Denkmeir modded PST, and a 2.5 times Barlow. Its the first time that I have tried using a Barlow with the Denk 60. Seems to work alright.

Unfortunately it doesn't come to focus with my Powermate.

Woah!
Unfortunately we were clouded in here. Thanks for the view!

Glad to see the PST is working well now. Will it not come to focus with the power mate even with the spacer removed from the PST?

No Peter. It doesn't focus with or without the spacer. Luckily it did come to focus with a 2.5 GSO Barlow with spacer removed

thanks for your help, I am seeing detail I never did before
Narayan
