TheSkyX + Argo Navis - Anyone have this setup?

I am about to invest in TheSkyX (either the Serious or Professional Versions) for Mac and I would like to know of any members who have successfully used either versions in conjunction with an Argo Navis. If you have a PC setup, I'm happy to hear about your successes and/or issues also.

Cheers,
Stephen

Hi Stephen,

The SkyX fully supports Argo Navis.
http://www.bisque.com/help/theskyx%2...pe_control.htm

On the Argo Navis side set the STARTUP command on the appropriate
serial port to "skycomm" and set the BAUD rate to something appropriate
such as 19200.

On the Mac side, you will need a USB Serial Adapter. We recommend the
Keyspan USA-19HS. We have them in stock. Email for discount shipping
rates that are below the online rate.

On the SkyX, select "Sky Commander" and a coms speed of 19200.

If you require further assistance, pleae do not heistate to contact me.

Best Regards
