To remove distortion from one layer to the next use the warp feature in Photoshop.

Go to:
Edit
Transform
Warp.

PixInsight makes doing mosaics quite a lot easier with its GradientsMergeMosaics tool.

What software did you use?

Thank you for attention and commentary.
What I did?
I stacked and aligned, in DSS, two sequence of 24 photos. One with Eta star on top and other on bottom. And tried to joint in Imerge software.
I found some distortion of stars positions. So I splitted one photo in 3, to minimize the error. And so, I worked the result in Photoshop.
The color difference was due to convertion of 32 bit autosave.tif to 24 bit bmp file, compatible with Imerge, in Photoshop.
Yeah, I need learn and train more to get a good mosaic result. It worth for experience
A repro resulted in better and smooth image.
