Threads on the back of your Schmidt-Cassegrain telescope to reduce your focal length and broaden your field of view.
Threaded on to the telescope's rear cell, the f/6.3 Focal Reducer/Field Flattener reduces the main telescope's focal ratio by a factor of 0.63 (e.g., from f/10 to f/6.3).
It also eliminates the field curvature in the SCT design to provide a flatter field with more in focus stars over a larger area.
Not suitable for ACF Corrected Optics
