I'm lucky in that my laptop has firewire 800 natively built in, as does my desktop, and I'm used to using firewire, and I have an SSD for capture so it all keeps up okay.
The shots from the 41 on that website I linked to look just like the shots from my DMK21, the grasshopper images look like a big improvement.
I found a few owners over on solarchat last night, I'm interested to see what they are doing with it.
I have a 50% off coupon for Pt Grey, so it doesn't work out radically more money than the DMK41, I'm just wondering if there are any drawbacks, and whether it would also be able to replace the 21 for planetary imaging.
