Deep in the Lagoon

The region around the Hour Glass is so beautiful. It's a shame it tends to get passed over when viewing The Lagoon as a whole. So I thought this time I'd give it the attention it deserves.
2hr and 50min of exposure time.
Canon 550D and ED80

Very nice! I like all the subtle colours and swirls of dust.

Very nice JJ, I'm still waiting for some clear skys to give my ED80 a good work out since getting it so you've just made me envious.

Good colour and heaps of detail. Looks like a bit of slop in the outer stars though. Maybe look at the focusor JJJ.
