Prices of various types of batteries

Hi, I am from Malaysia.
This June I will be in Australia Northern Territory.
It is quite difficult for me to bring so many batteries from Malaysia.
May I know what is the price of battery?
The battery type I am looking for is as below:

1) 12V-7.2AH sealed lead battery (black cube)
2) D-size 1.5V battery
3) AA 1.5V battery
4) CR AA 3V Lithium battery

Thank you very much.

They have a branch in Darwin and will deliver
2. and 3. These batteries are cheapest at the supermarkets in just about

depends how many you buy and what type as there are a heaps to choose from.

Cheap cheap ones as little as a few dollars, high end energiser and Duracell 10-15 dollars for a packet of 4.

The CR batteries 3-5 dollars, but you should be able to bring all but the SLA batteries in your checked in luggage. I sure as hell did when i travelled though Malaysia.

bmitchell82,

You mean you brought a SLA battery to Malaysia and they not allow you to check in as check-in luggage?

I much prefer to use the cheapest Alkaline "D" & "AA" size batteries I can find.
Usually available at the local super market, eg; Woolworths/Coles/Aldi etc.

If there's a Bunnings anywhere local, then they might have "AA" "Varta" brand (originally German, but these are made in China) & come in a pack of 30 for ~$9.00.

Probably got the "D" size as well.

Welcome to Australia.
