Simple, nice sharp stars, nice colour. Not over processed or clutterred. The only thing that bothers my eye is the patch of black down the bottom left - surely there should be some stars there? :-)

Roger.

Reprocessed Version

Rogerg,

Good spot! The dark strip at the bottom of the original image is vignetting due to the FR, anyway your comment spurred me to get around to doing FLATS and BIAS frames, I then re-calibrated and re-stacked this image set and cropped of the dark strip. Overall it made quite a difference - I did not have to push so hard, in turn this meant less noise reduction and better retention of detail. Now you can see my tracing errors and field rotation!

Wow, nice work John.
Love the spikes too, the stars look like diamonds.
